What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.

This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out).
