Watercolor spoons help tell the world that you're saving spoons today! Folks with chronic illnesses (EDS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and so many others) use “spoons” as a unit of energy. We only have so many spoons in a day. It takes spoons to cook, shower, work, socialize, and play. If you’re “saving spoons,” it means you can’t do too much today because you know you need to do stuff tomorrow! Thanks for supporting a spoonie artist! Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition with symptoms that may include fatigue, trouble sleeping and chronic pain of which can be debilitating. Some people may not understand this crippling condition and it's impacts, so I've created designs to help spread awareness.

One of the designs I made, mostly for myself. To remind myself how strong I can be- because of my pain.
