Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition with symptoms that may include fatigue, trouble sleeping and chronic pain of which can be debilitating. Some people may not understand this crippling condition so I've created designs to help spread awareness.

Folks with chronic illnesses (EDS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and so many others) use “spoons” as a unit of energy. We only have so many spoons in a day. It takes spoons to cook, shower, work, socialize, and play. If you’re “saving spoons,” it means you can’t do too much today because you know you need to do stuff tomorrow! Chronic illness doesn't limit how fabulous I am

A second design inspired by my friend who is a Spoonie. You just don't go and waste a Spoonie's spoons. It's rude.

This design features a stick figure struggling under the weight of a spoon. Spoonies start the day with a set number of spoons, losing one for each activity they do. Once out, they can no longer manage the simple activities of life.
