The shoe is believed to have been Baydan's Ducati Model 271 (recreated in silhouette), which was renamed to The Bush Shoe and then Bye Bye Bush. The original shoes were destroyed. Muntadhar is still active on social media and might show up in the comments if you mention his deed.
