Notice your body, feel your breath. *focus (you can use an easy mantra to help with it) *Observe yourself and the thoughts that arise as you meditate "Be kind to your wandering mind. Don’t judge yourself or obsess over the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in. Just come back."
