Most mass shooters and terrorists are born, radicalized, or both on US soil. The problem starts here and so should the solution.
I'm continually amazed at how powerful groups in the United States like the National Rifle Association encourage this. The CCC gave lip service to opposing terrorism but called the white supremacist beliefs that led to the shooter's radicalization "legitimate grievances!"

Drawn up for Asexual Awareness Week 2017 off of a doodle of mine that got a very warm reception from the community. It's from an old AVEN status I posted years ago. Thank you all for your support of my art! It encourages me to draw more things of all kinds!

Each letter portrays a major theme/motif/symbol in the play.
H - extremes and duality. Quintessence of dust vs. how like an angel, fertility vs. chastity and denial, love vs. sorrow.
A - death and damnation. There aren't a lot of mentions of Heaven, but there are many for Hell.
M - flowers. Ophelia's flower scene and the garland she drowns in sum up many key points and character realtionships using flower language.
L - domination of women.
E - fate and destiny, often associated with stars.
T - rot and decay.
The current version, for those who prefer that one. I have a bit of a soft spot for the flashiness of the turquoise and magenta version myself, but this one is more clearly the 6 primary and secondary colors of the rainbow.
I get that not everyone has the time, money, or courage to speak out from the front lines, but this inaction just kills me inside. You don't have to be the next Malala, but there are things you can do in your community right now to change the world for the better.
The concept that men should be stone blocks of unfeeling discompassion is something activists call "toxic masculinity" because it confines and limits men and feeds into gendered abuse, domestic violence, and international tensions.
When I heard a friend of mine talking about camaraderie with other men and how good it felt to be free of that alpha male toxic masculinity, my mind went to "nontoxic" and from there to crayons.
Enjoy this visual pun and thanks for supporting my shop!
