Description: Do you want to get well? Sometimes things do not go your way. Sometimes there are major obstacles to overcome. All too often we mess up. We fail. We fall down. We are human. The great theologian, Rocky Balboa, gives us some good advice about this: “It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” When you find yourself in a difficult situation, press on. When you make a mistake, get up, dust yourself off and keep moving forward. Read the story of the Healing Pool in John chapter 5. Jesus asks, “Do you want to get well?” and then in verse 8 Jesus says, “Get up!”

Lamentations 3:22-23 “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” I pray that each morning we would face the new day with the hope of the Lord.

Description: “May my lips overflow with praise” Psalm 119:171 The All Sons & Daughter’s song “Great Are You Lord” says: It’s your breath in our lungs so we pour out our praise to you only. Great are you Lord! My prayer today is that we would pour out praises to the Lord of Heaven and Earth!
Description: God wants to Bless you here and now. This is a similar message to the familiar ‘Bloom where you are planted’ saying. The bible tells us in Psalm 92:12-13 “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God.” My prayer for us today is that we would bloom where we are planted and that we will be Blessed of the Lord as we are a Blessing to others.
Description: Be as BOLD as lions! C.S. Lewis reminds us in The Chronicles of Narnia that Aslan is “not a tame lion.” Our GOD certainly is not! And we are called to follow in His footsteps and be courageous. Proverbs 28:1 tells us that: “The wicked run away when no one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as lions.” I pray that we would be BOLD in our faith while being a Blessing to others!

Description: The world needs a Hero and YOU ARE THAT HERO! Jesus tells us in John 14:12 “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these…” God wants to empower you to do His work on this earth. He wants you to be His hands and feet to those in need. God wants to Bless you, so that you can be a Blessing to others. Be a Super Hero and give your life to something bigger than yourself.
Description: God is still for you and He is with you. God knows what is best for you and He seeks to Bless you so that you can be a Blessing to others. Stand firm on the rock of salvation. Lean on Him and His promises. God tells us in Hebrews 13:5 “Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you.” Thank you Lord for your provision.

We can move in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit which enables us to be a Blessing to others.

Description: You can do NOTHING - apart from me. This may not seem like an encouraging word - but it is. It helps us to understand how dependent we are on God. John 15:5 tells us: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” I pray that we will call upon the Lord in all things and move in the direction that He leads us.
Description: John 11:35 is the shortest verse in the bible. It simply says: Jesus wept. This was after he learned that a friend had died. He wept because he became flesh and walked this earth to experience and understand the same feelings that you and I struggle with. He knows what you are going through. He wants to help you and he can because he came to overcome death and sin. And he did! I pray that we would live our lives as overcomers because of what Jesus has done for us.

Description: You will die then what? This is one thing that we all have to figure out for ourselves. Romans 3:23 tells us that “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and Romans 6:23 goes even further to say that “the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.” So, you will die, but what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about Jesus?
Description: God Vibes - Live a life of love To love the way that Jesus loved is no small task indeed. “...walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us…” Ephesians 5:2 Dear God, Help us all to live a life of LOVE. Help us to serve others and represent you well in this world!
Description: “He who formed the mountains, who creates the wind, and who reveals his thoughts to mankind, who turns dawn to darkness, and threads on the heights of the earth - the Lord God Almighty is his name.” Amos 4:13 The same God that created it all, also made you. He did this on purpose and for a reason. Seek Him and you will find Him. Ask him what it is you are supposed to be doing and then do it! And while you are at it… Let us marvel at God and the amazing things He has done! Amen and Be Blessed.

Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” When it is dark we can’t see clearly, we sometimes imagine things that aren’t there, and anxiety can consume us. Jesus wants to be the light of our lives. He wants us to see clearly what the truth is. He wants us to KNOW what is real and he wants anxiety cast out of our lives. Seek Jesus and you will find Him. Description: Sometimes it is hard to know what to do next. What is the right move to make now? Is anyone really looking out for me? There is someone who cares deeply and wants only the best for you. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us; “I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” I pray that we do not lose hope but instead hold fast to our faith in knowing that God IS for us. Help us Lord to trust in your plan and to follow your lead.
Description: Who do you think you are? We really need to know our identity. “If you are in Christ, you are a new creation: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 You are who Jesus says you are! My prayer is that God will help us to know our true identity in Christ and help us to walk in His authority.
Description: Do you want some good vibes? Live your life focused on God and what He wants for you. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Get you some GOD VIBES!

Description: “My faith is bigger than all I can see.” This line from the song by the David Crowder Band called “Let me feel you shine” is a great reminder that God is BIGGER than our circumstances. Romans 8:28 tells us that “We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” I pray that we would lean on you when we struggle to understand this world. We know we are called to higher things and that you are with us always!
