Description: Matthew 5:13 says, "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot". Jesus called his believers the salt of the earth during his Sermon on the Mount. Salt was added flavor and stopped food from rotting. Believers are meant to bring goodness, truth, and positive change to the world. Salt mixed with impurities can lose its strength. If it loses its use, it is thrown away. As Christians we must live out their faith genuinely. If we act just like the world, we lose our unique spiritual influence. Be Salty!
Description: Find a quiet place. Take a moment to breathe. Connect with the creator of the universe. He cares for you. He wants the best for you, and He has something to say to you. In that quiet moment of stillness, don’t forget to listen. Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Thank you Lord for times of reflection and closeness with you.
Description: The Best is Yet to Come! 1 Corinthians 2:9 in the Living Bible tells us that “...no man has ever seen, heard, or even imagined what wonderful things God has ready for those who love the Lord.” Trust in the Lord. Stay steadfast and live your life for Him. He has wonderful things planned for you! I pray that we would remain hopeful in the knowledge that the Best is Yet to Come!

It was the only way we could be saved. “He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5 He did it all for you. Get to know Him better today!
Description: What is faith? It is confidence and trust that God will keep His promises. You can’t do it on your own, but you don’t have to. Lean on the Lord and He will empower you to do mighty things! “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20 But reading this or hearing a good sermon isn’t enough. Jesus told us that “...everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” Matthew 7:24-25
Description: God will Bless America if we trust in Him! “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31 I pray that we will be Blessed and that we will be a Blessing to others!
Description: The world needs a Hero and YOU ARE THAT HERO! Jesus tells us in John 14:12 “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these…” God wants to empower you to do His work on this earth. He wants you to be His hands and feet to those in need. God wants to Bless you, so that you can be a Blessing to others. Be a Super Hero and give your life to something bigger than yourself.
Description: Let us have the heart of the Lion of Judah and let us serve the King of all kings. C.S. Lewis reminds us in The Chronicles of Narnia that Aslan is “not a tame lion.” Our GOD certainly is not! And we are called to follow in His footsteps and be courageous. We are called to honor the King of all kings. Proverbs 28:1 tells us that: “The wicked run away when no one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as lions.” I pray that we would be BOLD in our faith while being a Blessing to others!
Description: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” Isaiah 41:10 Let us have Faith over fear. Let us turn to God in our times of need and live in His power at all times. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, love and a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7 God, help us to walk in closer unison with you so that we will be Blessed and so that we can be a Blessing to others.
Description: Are you a little bit different? Romans 12:2 tells us “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” We are called to be set apart through the power of God. “We are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory…” 2 Corinthians 3:18 Help us Lord to look more like you and more like the person you want us to be.
Description: Are we halfway there? I’m not sure, but we certainly should be Livin’ on a Prayer. Romans 12:12 reminds us to “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” My prayer for us all is that we would keep knocking, keep seeking and that we will all find God and keep him in our hearts. He did this on purpose and for a reason. Seek Him and you will find Him. Ask him what it is you are supposed to be doing and then do it!
