Pillows
Description: Be as BOLD as lions! C.S. Lewis reminds us in The Chronicles of Narnia that Aslan is “not a tame lion.” Our GOD certainly is not! And we are called to follow in His footsteps and be courageous. Proverbs 28:1 tells us that: “The wicked run away when no one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as lions.” I pray that we would be BOLD in our faith while being a Blessing to others!
Description: Life can be tough and we all have our challenges. But God will never give up on you! Lamentations 3:22-23 “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” I pray that each morning we would face the new day with the hope of the Lord.
Description: The world needs a Hero and YOU ARE THAT HERO! Jesus tells us in John 14:12 “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these…” God wants to empower you to do His work on this earth. He wants you to be His hands and feet to those in need. God wants to Bless you, so that you can be a Blessing to others. Be a Super Hero and give your life to something bigger than yourself.
Description: God is still for you and He is with you. God knows what is best for you and He seeks to Bless you so that you can be a Blessing to others. Stand firm on the rock of salvation. Lean on Him and His promises. God tells us in Hebrews 13:5 “Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you.” Thank you Lord for your provision.
Description: “Always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” 1 Peter 3:15 We have hope because of what Christ has done for us and what He has called us to be. We can move in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit which enables us to be a Blessing to others.
Description: I am a child of God What an honor it is to be called a child of the creator of everything! "Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God". John 1:12 You are called to Bless your father in heaven as you Bless those around you in the name of Jesus!

Description: Lord help me to be a Jesus impersonator Philippians 2:1-4 “Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Dear God, Help us all to imitate Christ in all we do.
Description: You can do NOTHING - apart from me. This may not seem like an encouraging word - but it is. It helps us to understand how dependent we are on God. John 15:5 tells us: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” I pray that we will call upon the Lord in all things and move in the direction that He leads us.
Description: John 11:35 is the shortest verse in the bible. It simply says: Jesus wept. This was after he learned that a friend had died. He wept because he became flesh and walked this earth to experience and understand the same feelings that you and I struggle with. He knows what you are going through. He wants to help you and he can because he came to overcome death and sin. And he did! I pray that we would live our lives as overcomers because of what Jesus has done for us.
Description: Our Father which art in heaven Hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come, they will be done in earth as it is in heaven Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever - Amen Matthew 6:9-13
Description: You will die then what? This is one thing that we all have to figure out for ourselves. Romans 3:23 tells us that “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and Romans 6:23 goes even further to say that “the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.” So, you will die, but what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about Jesus?
Description: God Vibes - Live a life of love To love the way that Jesus loved is no small task indeed. “...walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us…” Ephesians 5:2 Dear God, Help us all to live a life of LOVE. Help us to serve others and represent you well in this world!
Description: “He who formed the mountains, who creates the wind, and who reveals his thoughts to mankind, who turns dawn to darkness, and threads on the heights of the earth - the Lord God Almighty is his name.” Amos 4:13 The same God that created it all, also made you. He did this on purpose and for a reason. Seek Him and you will find Him. Ask him what it is you are supposed to be doing and then do it! And while you are at it… Let us marvel at God and the amazing things He has done! Amen and Be Blessed.
Description: In John 8:12 Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” When it is dark we can’t see clearly, we sometimes imagine things that aren’t there, and anxiety can consume us. Jesus wants to be the light of our lives. He wants us to see clearly what the truth is. He wants us to KNOW what is real and he wants anxiety cast out of our lives. Seek Jesus and you will find Him. Find Jesus and you will find the truth. Know Jesus and you can know peace. Be Blessed today and Be a Blessing to others.
Description: “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” 1 Peter 3:15 We have hope because of what Christ has done for us and what He has called us to be, through the power of the Holy Spirit which enables us to be a Blessing to others.
Description: Sometimes things do not go your way. Sometimes there are major obstacles to overcome. All too often we mess up. We fail. We fall down. We are human. The great theologian, Rocky Balboa, gives us some good advice about this: “It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” When you find yourself in a difficult situation, press on. When you make a mistake, get up, dust yourself off and keep moving forward. Read the story of the Healing Pool in John chapter 5. Jesus asks, “Do you want to get well?” and then in verse 8 says, “Get up!” Dear Lord, help us to press in closer to you in our times of need. Meet us where we are and Bless us so that we can be a Blessing to others.

Description: “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16 I pray that we would let our light shine before others today.
Description: When the unexpected happens or when things do not go your way… God is still for you and He is with you. Stand firm on the rock of salvation. Lean on Him and His promises. God tells us in Hebrews 13:5 “Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you.” Thank you Lord for your provision.
Description: Sometimes it is hard to know what to do next. What is the right move to make now? Is anyone really looking out for me? There is someone who cares deeply and wants only the best for you. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us; “I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” I pray that we do not lose hope but instead hold fast to our faith in knowing that God IS for us. Help us Lord to trust in your plan and to follow your lead.

Description: “My faith is bigger than all I can see.” This line from the song by the David Crowder Band called “Let me feel you shine” is a great reminder that God is BIGGER than our circumstances. Romans 8:28 tells us that “We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” I pray that we would lean on you when we struggle to understand this world. We know we are called to higher things and that you are with us always!
Description: Jesus I sing for all that you’ve done for me. This line from the Bethel Music song “This is Amazing Grace” puts in words the heart of true worship. Psalm 96:2 “Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day.” Dear God, Give us hearts that seek to worship you fully.
Description: Your life should revolve around the Son. Colossians 3:23-24 tell us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the LORD, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Even if your day is cloudy, the sun is still shining up there! I pray that we would always remember that our lives should revolve around the Son.
Description: I serve the King of all kings. Do you? Revelation 17:14 “They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.” You really need to do as it says in Joshua 24:14 and “choose for yourself this day whom you will serve…” We all need to make this choice for ourselves. Who is Jesus to you? The verse in Joshua goes on to say exactly what I say: “...as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” I pray that you will serve the one true King who is over all kings and all things.
