Description: I wanted something that felt like the ten minutes right before dark — when the sky goes orange to plum and the acacia trees turn into flat black shapes against it. That's really all this is: a sunset, a tree, a couple of birds heading home. No filter, just the shapes. If you've ever sat somewhere and watched a sky do that, this one's for you.
Description: There's a particular blue — deep, almost midnight — that shows up again and again in West African indigo-dye cloth, and this design is my attempt to hold onto that feeling. Rings of triangles, diamonds, and a compass star at the center, built the way a lot of these patterns are: symmetrical, deliberate, meant to be looked at slowly. It's not trying to be a yoga-studio mandala. It's closer to fabric than to flower
