What Life With A Chronic Illness Is Like: Ran Out Of Spoons is about Spoon Theory, a metaphor for how much energy (spoons) a person has available each day, and how spoonies have a limited number, forcing them to carefully plan each day to not run out of spoons.

If you have a chronic illness then you probably know about the spoon theory & how we call ourselves 'spoonies'. This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out).
