Portuguese egg tarts are not so bad either. Whenever I go to an Asian supermarket, I have to resist the urge to bring some home. Anyway, here is another ode to a a Chinese treat.

Description: This is a trio of three Hong Kong dishes involving egg that I absolutely LOVE. Egg tarts, scrambled egg sandwiches, and luncheon meat and egg with instant noodles. Egg tarts are a Chinese bakery staple, and the scrambled egg sandwich with soft silky scrambled egg and noodles are very common in Hong Kong style cafes (cha chaan teng).
