Description: Denver Union Station Sketched In B&W is of the original structure in downtown Denver. Union Station itself is over 100 years old and has been completely modernized while keeping the historic architecture the station has been famous for. Updating and expanding it into a modern transit hub serving Amtrak, local RTD Metro transit and light-rail. Located in the original Union Station building is a large hotel, meeting facilities and a variety of restaurants and shops. The hub is located at one end of the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall which runs through the downtown corridor connecting this to the state capital area.
Description: Blue And White Abstract is an art print I created using an impasto style of oil painting (Impasto: a style of painting that creates large bold brush strokes by laying the paint on very thickly and was first used in late 18th century Italy). The inspiration behind this piece is purely shape and color. I love a bold bright colored abstract. The shapes and color combinations have to please the eye or make a strong statement. Playing with a variety of looks, I settled on these shapes and these colors.
Description: Florence Cathedral is a photographic art print of the cathedral taken from an elevated position in another part of the building. The setting is what was called the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower (Italian: Cattedrale do Santa Maria del Fiore), but is now called Florence Cathedral. The persepctive is from another part of the church looking down at the street with the dome towering above. The exterior architectural treatment makes this historic church very unique.
Description: Hawaiian Tropical Garden is a color photographic art print of a gazebo in a tropical garden. The setting is a tropical resort in Hawaii where they had two gazebos sitting in the midst of a lush tropical garden. It creates an inviting center point to the grounds of this resort.
