Orangutans are endangered great apes found only in the rainforest of Borneo and Sumatra. Their bodies are covered in long red or orange hair, this tiny baby orang was only a few months old and the hair on its head was still standing on end, so cute!

Drawn using one of my own photographs as reference, I used sakura pigma micron marker pens for the outline and detail work and added colour with promarkers. The fringed leaf frog, or fringed tree frog (Cruziohyla craspedopus) is an extremely vibrant species of frog with a beautiful green blue upper body, yellow sides blending into deep orange on the underbelly. Their markings are incredible when viewed up close.

One of the worlds best known animals, the wolf is a canine native to the wilderness and remote areas of Eurasia and North America. Eurasian wolves are a subspecies of grey wolf found in Europe. They were once widespread throughout Eurasia but due to mass hunting in they are now locally extinct in many parts. Their fur is usually a mottled grey but white and brown coats also occur.

They closely resemble leopards but are larger have different spot markings. Their fur is either cream yellow or black and is covered in spots and large rosettes. Their undersides are white with small spots.
